On behalf of the People and Government of Reconciliation and National Unity of the Republic of Nicaragua, and on our own behalf, we wish to express our most heartfelt Condolences to You and the Brotherly People and Government of the Republic of South Africa, especially to the family of Brother Jackson Mthembu, Minister in the Presidency, for his transit to another plane of life.
